
It's a daffodil by the way! - I think there are too many lines, and not enough tonal variation.
Inspired by Louis MacNeice's poem "The Sunlight on the Garden", this blog is about the minutes I have captured in a cage and used for my various dabblings. If you don't at least try to cage them, they just vanish. Here is the opening of the poem: The sunlight on the garden Hardens and grows cold, We cannot cage the minute Within its nets of gold, When all is told We cannot beg for pardon.

Hello. I think it is beautiful but if I had to pick a favourite petal it would be top centre. I am really glad you are posting more of your drawings and paintings.x
